Finishing Touches
internal conservatory.jpg Once you have decided on the overall style of your conservatory, you then need to consider what you will use the extra space for; a dining room, kitchen, office space, sitting room, garden room or entertaining? The great thing about a conservatory is that it can be whatever you want it to be but it's improtant to bear in mind that the finishing touches will make it.

Lighting

Lighting can completely transform a room. Natural light is the best option for getting that airy feel but you can also create a cosy feeling with the use of softer lighting. There are hundreds of styles of wall lights, ceiling lights, free standing lights and table lamps but you don't have to spend a fortune to get the right look. Please do consult our in-house designer for advice on the most suitable option for you and your conservatory.

Flooring

Flooring can create a completely different feel to a room. Carpet provides insulation and comfort for especially for north facing conservatories; laminate offers a minimal look, which is easy to keep clean; wooden flooring gives an authetic feel whilst ceramic tiles provide that modern, european edge. The choice is really down to personal preference but needs to be carefully considered. Rugs can always provide extra warmth and colour.
